Pencil
- 商品番号: SW10007.2

This chart shows the range in what each size can handle. It is never our intention to categorize riders and their preferences. Our philosophy of snowboarding is to try new shapes, lengths, widths, and to keep an open mind for alternative riding experiences; however, we do have some limits to consider so that your board will work as it was designed to.
Your weight plays a major role in how the board will flex, and your shoe size will affect toe and heel drag when turning. The below size chart is for reference only, as our recommendations may vary depending on your stance and riding ability.

WOWZERS
Don't know what to say - mind blown. Great board, great performance, great price.
147 Pencil is the best directional board I have ever ridden
I am a lady, 5'5" ~135lbs. The 147 is the best directional board I have ever ridden. Period. I put the board through pretty much all the terrain on a decently snowy day:
• Very nimble in trees and bumps
• Plenty of bite on hard pack
• Has enough weight to pick up some speed, but not too heavy
• Can throw up some serious clouds
• Crushes through bumpy and uneven terrain
• CARVES, (obviously) - when you put it high up on edge, it just drives.
• Forgiving, at least at the 147 length. I had heard it can be catchy as it's camber, but that wasn't my experience. I'm east coast of the US and it can get busy and unpredictable, haven't had any issues when needing to wash out a turn or do some sloppy skidded turns. Not what's it's made for, but you won't die if you do it.
• Even though it's kind of a heavy damp board, when I went through some fluff it just popped right up on top, surprisingly high for the amount of snow there was, probably like 3-6 inches in places where it was truly fresh piles, and it didn't skip a beat - it just floated right up.
• At the end of a turn, washed out or not, the turn felt complete, it just wants to keep going round. It has great turn flow no matter how you're turning. The camber is nice and poppy and will pop out of a hard carve and transition flawlessly into the next one.
• 147 isn't too short. If you're anywhere near my height and weight, I can assure you it doesn't right short. Conversely I had heard that the 164 rides shorter than it is, so I think Korua just put a lot of thought into their boards, sidecuts, and sizes.
BOTTOM LINE: Get this. Double yes if you're a gal, and are looking for something next level, or you want to carve it up. It's not a floppy noodle, and it's very directional, but it's a BLAST to ride and can handle any terrain you throw at it. Also, it's a beautiful looking board. Simple white with a red base.
endlich
Pencil 164 with Nitro Machine
The board is a missile and locked with Nitro machine bindings you get the support needed if you push your riding. Used it mostly at groomed conditions so far and it is really stable at high speed with or without carving put into play.
This board is super fun to ride! Effortless in deep snow, charger on groomers. I'm currently riding it with soft bindings (Union Contacts) and stiffer boots. Good times. Good times.
I love this deck.
I’m in love
I had high expectations for this board, and it has by far exceeded those expectations.
I was able to hit 59mph/95kph on my 2nd run with this board. It always feels so stable, on any surface. It’s so fast, fast with everything, doing anything. Handles very well in the trees. I have so much control and confidence on this board. It really has taken me to the next level, a few next levels. It carves like a dream, and when laying down in a carve, you can easily pop out of it and change direction. I’ve even taken it off some jumps, fast, and it launches. Stable on the take off and stable on the landing.
This is my first Korua board, and I’m looking forward to trying their others shapes. My mind is blown, and I’m in love.
