KORUA EVENTS 2019/20 SEASON

Are you yearning to turn like our KORUA ambassadors? We're stoked to offer you the opportunity to spend some time riding and hanging with our ambassadors and co-founder, Nicholas Wolken. You will have the option to test a full range of KORUA boards, while taking your carving and splitboarding skills to the next level! Our instructional workshops are optional, so if you just want to join us for a fun adventure and some high-fives that's cool too. Don't miss out on these rare opportunities to ride with the KORUA team and meet other like-minded shredders.

Please note that all demos, events and camps for the 2019/20 season are officially cancelled due to the COVID-19 virus. We'll do our best to make up for it next winter, with more stoke and hopefully more snow!

KORUA Carving Session in Laax, CH

Postponed Due To Covid-19 Virus
Learn to turn like our KORUA ambassadors! Proper turning technique is key to hold an edge on hard groomers and goes hand-in-hand with good riding style... which translates all the way to riding powder. At our KORUA Carving Session in Laax you will have the opportunity to discuss and practice individual turn technique, as well as choice of line, binding setup, and board tuning to further develop your skills. Our ambassadors, known from our Yearning For Turning video series, will take you riding on banked corners, quarter pipes, and spines provided by the world famous snowpark of Laax; as well as incorporating the natural terrain as much as possible. The idea is to surf the mountain!

This same weekend Laax will be under the spell of the Pleasure Springtime Session. An event made by snowboarders for snowboarders. The KORUA Carving Session will certainly be part of it! After a full day on the mountain with KORUA, you will have plenty of opportunities linked to the Pleasure springtime session to enjoy a cold one. It's going to be a rad weekend on and off the hill with like-minded people. See you in April!

KORUA's Lofoten Islands Split-Trip, Norway

Postponed Due To Covid-19 Virus
KORUA is heading to Norway and you can be part of it! Our KORUA ambassadors and certified guides will take you on a seven day splitboard trip to the Lofoten islands, 68 degrees north inside the Arctic circle. The primary income for these islands comes from fishery and summer tourism. The winter months are short and dark. When spring arrives, the days are longer, which is perfect for touring and some good ol’ fashion turning. Lofoten offers a one-of-a-kind environment — sharp mountains straight out of the ocean that are waiting for us to ride down to the beach. Join us on this memorable adventure!
